Zohra and the Shadow Cloak

Zohra discovers a frightening shadow moving beneath her bed at night. By experimenting with her reactions, she realizes that making noise and fighting it makes the shadow grow, whereas absolute silence and stillness cause it to shrink. She embraces the transformed shadow as a warm, protective cloak that keeps her safe.
